This role blends creativity, strategy and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences for primary school -aged children. What You’ll Do Lead lifecycle management of our School Holiday programs, improving the experiences, quality, engagement and attendance. Develop fun, innovative program themes for the School Holiday Programs Use insights, data and customer feedback to develop and improve offerings. Engage with suppliers, vendors and internal teams to deliver exceptional program experiences. Develop and Manage School Holiday plans reviewing operational performance. Ensure safety compliance, quality assurance and commercial viability across programs.
