About You We are looking for passionate individuals who meet the following criteria: Room Leaders Minimum Diploma qualified Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm Strong knowledge of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards Must have experience working with children aged 0-2 in a leadership capacity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills A commitment to providing high-quality care Current Working with Children Check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, and Food Handlers Certificate Why Join Aspire?
