Job Description Take ownership of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, NDAs, terms and conditions and aviation related agreements with clients, suppliers and airlines across multiple jurisdictions Provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice on international commercial, operational and regulatory matters Manage and respond to queries via the shared Legal mailbox, ensuring timely, accurate and consistent support to global stakeholders Act as a trusted adviser to senior management, clearly explaining risks and helping the business reach solutions Support global governance and company secretarial matters, including routine filings and maintenance of corporate records Assist with cross-border data privacy matters, including reviewing data processing agreements and supporting internal privacy compliance Support and coordinate the management of disputes and litigation, including preparing concise reports for senior leadership Collaborate closely with Bids, Compliance, Sales and other non-sales teams to facilitate international commercial activity Contribute to the development of legal processes, guidance, templates and playbooks to improve consistency and efficiency across the department Handle a diverse range of global matters independently while escalating material risks appropriately
