Location: Aveo Brisbane Corporate Office, Newstead, QLD – 5 Days On-Site Opportunity : Permanent full-time Reports to: Marketing Manager - Communities Products & Services The Opportunity Joining an award-winning marketing team, you will support Aveo's established retirement communities through the coordination of various marketing campaigns, events and initiatives, ultimately resulting in sales targets being achieved. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure overall marketing efforts are industry-leading and Aveo remains Australia's most trusted name in retirement living. This role will suit a Marketing Assistant or Coordinator with an interest in developing their marketing skills, either in the retirement or property industry. Your Impact Support priority Aveo communities by coordinating marketing campaigns that assist with generating enquiries and sales. Coordinate community-based events including EDMs, collateral and other administrative items. Contribute to keeping the Aveo website and third-party real estate channels up to date with accurate and relevant information. Complete day-to-day administrative tasks such as reporting, raising purchase orders (invoicing) and data entry. Build your understanding of Aveo’s products, as well as trends and competitors in real estate and retirement living. Work collaboratively with colleagues across marketing and internal sales associates to support marketing goals. Why Aveo? Previous experience with Canva and Microsoft Office (essential). Exposure to a CRM system (e.g. Dynamics 365) or online real estate listing platforms is highly desired, not essential. Self-motivated, positive attitude with an interest in collaborating and growing your marketing skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail.
