Due to ongoing expansion, they are seeking a commercially driven sales leader to develop the master plan and strategy for the residential market and lead key account relationships and negotiations across Australia. What you’ll do Develop commercial plans to drive national revenue and margin outcomes, giving you the chance to put your strategic thinking front and centre Manage and grow national key accounts and trade distribution partners, building long-term relationships that will deepen relationships for you - now and in the future Work with state teams to ensure execution of sales strategy and customer support objectives, giving you hands-on influence across the country Mentor and coach sales staff, sharing your expertise and shaping the next generation of sales leaders Lead category, pricing, promotional and strategic negotiation discussions with channel partners, where your commercial skills will drive real impact Support product and marketing teams with launch, activation and sales training, ensuring new products hit the market with maximum momentum Track competitor activity and emerging market trends, keeping your finger on the pulse of the industry What you’ll need Proven experience as a Sales Manager (National or State), or Key Account Manager Background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, hardware or consumer durables/appliances Strong commercial negotiation skills, with the ability to lead national sales strategies and execute through the sales team Relationship-driven communicator, capable of influencing both internally and externally Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on customer engagement Saunders Lynn and Company is dedicated to serving the needs of the construction, hardware, and architectural products markets.
