Position Overview The Office Manager will be responsible for organising and controlling the functions and resources of our office, including administrative systems, office personnel, and day-to-day operations. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Contribute to planning and reviewing office services, setting priorities, and defining office service standards. Allocate human resources, office space, and equipment as required. Assign tasks to staff and monitor overall work performance. Manage office records, accounts, and administrative documentation. Liaise with external professionals to coordinate office operations and resolve issues efficiently. Oversee physical facilities, ensuring buildings, amenities, and equipment are properly maintained. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Ensure all office practices comply with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures. Coordinate personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision. About You Strong organisational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative leadership role. Ability to multitask and prioritise efficiently. Knowledge of compliance, HR processes, and office administration systems (preferred).
