We are partnering with one of Australia’s most iconic retail brands to secure a highly skilled Test Analyst for a critical program of work. This is an initial 6-month engagement with a strong probability of extension, focusing on complex integration testing across Workforce Management, Payroll, and Supply Chain systems. The Role You will drive testing activities across a complex ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and system performance during a major optimization phase. You will be responsible for end-to-end testing, defect management, and validating integrations between workforce and logistics platforms. Key Requirements Workforce Management (WFM): Demonstrable experience with UKG Pro (Dimensions/Central) is essential for this role. Payroll Systems: Strong background testing within large-scale Payroll environments (e.g., SAP, Chris21, or similar Tier 1 platforms). Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): proven experience testing complex, enterprise-level Warehouse Management Systems is required. Experience with specialized or niche WMS platforms within a retail supply chain context is highly regarded. Testing Core: Solid understanding of SDLC, integration testing, and UAT coordination.
