Talent Focus Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for an Australian leading distributor of all car care products such as interior/exterior cleaners, car care accessories, cleaning cloths and more. About the Role (but not limited to): In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, including handling large weekly orders from three major customers and managing a small quantity of daily eCommerce orders. Key Responsibilities Overseeing warehouse functions and effective workflow and order distribution Hands on role including loading and unloading, dispatch and receiving and some pick-packing if needed Lead and manage a small warehouse team of 2 perm staff plus casual workers including rostering and performance oversight Oversee inventory/stock management and ensure accurate order processing Check orders for accuracy and timely dispatch Operating both counterbalance and high reach forklift Manage filing and documentation for orders and inventory Liaising with the suppliers when stock is coming in Essential Requirements: Min 5 years of proven experience working in a warehouse environment Min 2 years of proven experience in a leadership role Ability to lead a small team and ensure smooth daily operations Must have a forklift license Experience operating both counterbalance and high reach forklift Strong understanding of inventory and stock management processes Flexibility with working hours, ensuring a minimum 40-hour work week is completed Excellent communication and time management skills Positive attitude and good organisational skills If you believe you are the right fit for this opportunity, hit apply now!
