WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - Prepare and deliver formal proposals and value offerings to clients - Facilitate client growth by establishing and achieving KPI agreements - Meet with allocated clients on a regular basis - Identify opportunities with compelling value propositions - Address client queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Engage Sales team for new sales / cross selling opportunity - Maintain rate schedule WHAT YOU WILL BRING - Previous/current experience as an International Freight Key Account Manager. - Proven stable career history - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint and Excel) - Strategic thinking and planning abilities - Team player with strong collaborative skills.
