You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location. What does your new role look like? • Providing a range of administrative functions including scheduling of staff meetings, documentation, responding to queries over the phone or via email • Maintaining client and staff database/records • Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders • Providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all internal/external customers • Assisting with facility accounts and bank processing in an accurate and timely manner • This is casual position across 7 days 9.00am start • The location of the role is 2 booker Avenue in Mornington.
