The reason for the vacancy This is a new role to assist with upcoming land development across Victoria. Pipeline is strong. You're a seasoned PM. Day to day requirements include: Contributing to fee proposals Developing sustainable engineering solutions Directing / supporting the design team and design process Nurturing client expectations Managing sub-contractors and other disciplines Construction auditing where required About you. You offer: A creative flair with a background in civil design and PM Experience in Melbourne between 6 and 15 years. Commercial acumen. Civil3D or 12D experience (you won't be using this day to day) Experience on site, talking to contractors What’s in it for you?
