Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency. Develop and execute seasonal menus featuring modern pub classics and innovative specials. Supervise, train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture. Manage stock control, ordering, supplier relationships and food cost to achieve financial targets. Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and Work Health & Safety regulations. Oversee food preparation and service during peak times to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Implement and monitor kitchen procedures, including portion control and waste minimisation. Collaborate with venue management to meet business goals and enhance overall guest satisfaction. About You Trade qualified Chef with extensive experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Creative approach to menu planning with a passion for fresh, quality ingredients.
