About the Role You’ll be the primary onsite contact for all technical support activities in a warehouse environment. While most core technology will already be deployed by the time you start, your focus will be on supporting and troubleshooting newly implemented systems, ensuring stability during a critical transition period. Day-to-day, you’ll manage onsite Ivanti tickets, provide first-line incident triage, maintain the asset register, support end users, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll provide hands-on support for workstations, printers, handheld scanners and other warehouse tech, making sure all systems remain reliable after deployment. You’ll investigate and resolve incidents, escalate where required, and ensure all work is clearly documented. The role also includes managing routine support requests, assisting with equipment transitions between sites, and contributing to configuration and asset management activities to maintain accurate, up-to-date records. This position requires strong autonomy—you’ll often be the only tech onsite—so confidence in navigating ambiguity and taking initiative is essential.
