They're currently seeking an experienced IT Integration Engineer to join their IT Department on a contract basis. You'll work with modern Azure Integration Services to design, develop, and support integration solutions across a large, enterprise environment. The Position As an IT Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions across the IAL technology landscape. You'll work with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid) to connect systems, streamline data flows, and contribute to the ongoing modernisation of our IT environment. This role partners closely with our IT leadership, analysts, vendors, and development partners to ensure seamless, reliable, and secure system integrations across the organisation. Design integration solutions that meet business and technical requirements Develop integrations using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus and Event Grid Build and maintain APIs, data flows and system-to-system integrations, including connections into IAL's data lakehouse Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise integrations to ensure high performance and availability Act as a technical SME on IT projects, partnering with architects, business analysts, vendors and development partners Create and maintain documentation such as design specs, test plans and user guides Provide guidance and support to other team members and mentor junior developers when required Contribute to continuous improvement, best practice integration standards and evolving architecture The Candidate The successful applicant will have will possess the following skills: Demonstrated experience designing and building integrations using Azure Integration Services Strong understanding of cloud integration, API management and data integration principles Hands-on experience with Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus and Event Grid Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) Preferred programming skills in C#, Java or Python Advantageous: Azure certifications such as Azure Developer or Azure Solutions Architect Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline (preferred) Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability and a collaborative working style If you possess the above skills and experience, please apply now, or contact Terri Coombes on 03 9088 2279 for a confidential discussion.
