Based at St Marks, this part-time traineeship offers hands-on experience in personal care position within a supportive, community-focused environment. As a School-Based Trainee, you will: Build positive relationships with residents, families and team members Contribute to a warm, welcoming and person-centred environment Support residents’ independence, dignity and wellbeing Work safely and uphold WMQ’s values of compassion, respect and integrity Requirements: Currently completing Year 11 and eligible for a school-based traineeship Enrolled or commencing Certificate II/III in Health Services Assistance Basic technology skills and clear communication abilities Ability to follow supervision, maintain safety and meet vaccination/probity requirements This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
