Introduction Your Impact: As a full time Grants Administrator, you will play a key role: Ensuring the successful administration and delivery of reporting outcomes for grants projects across Good Sammy Enterprises. Fostering relationships both internally, especially with the finance team and project leads, and externally to achieve mutually beneficial grant outcomes and ensure deliverables for funders and Good Sammy Enterprises. Seeking and applying for new grant opportunities; ensures excellent governance and coordination of grant folders and information; and supports the administrative needs of the grant function as required and agreed. This position is a fixed contract role (with possible extension) to ensure successful and proactive relationships and coordination between Good Sammy Enterprises and its many grant partners. Description What You will do Act as a liaison point between Good Sammy Enterprises and the grant funders, ensuring a collegial, positive and proactive relationship. Ensure grant outcomes are achieved by: Collaborating across the organisation to provide grant coordination expertise, support and ensure successful and timely delivery of milestones by convening, chairing and minuting meetings of key project stakeholders to review grant progress, and make grant decisions. mapping milestones, timelines and status reporting to the Executive Committee and funders as required. managing, monitoring and reporting on budgets associated with the specific grants. This includes working with the Finance team on monthly cost allocation. writing and delivering all necessary reports (e.g. quarterly progress reports, annual reports, acquittals), in consultation with key internal stakeholders. documenting evidence of marketing, communications and other benefits being actioned (e.g. social media posts, speech notes, logo use) and liaising to create media and communication content related to grants. Monitoring evaluation/research progress and milestone achievements, and connecting individual grant project leads and recipients with evaluators as required and ensuring follow up Develop and implement a calendar of promotional benefits and ensure those noted in the specific grant agreements are actioned (e.g. invitation to events, social media announcements, media release promotion, photography, videography). Liaise closely with marketing, events and communications colleagues for assistance where necessary. Provide administrative support and tracking specifically for the Dare to Dream program, working closely with the School and Training Coordinator. Develop and implement a calendar of grant opportunities and apply for grants as they arise. Work across Good Sammy to understand funding needs and develop grant applications with key internal stakeholders. Maintain grant folders with up to date and all information while ensuring excellent governance and processes. Demonstrable experience and/or understanding of grants’ management requirements and processes. Exceptional oral and written communication and comprehension skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skill. Strong proficiency with using Microsoft Office suite. Financial and commercial acumen. Knowledge of grant requirements and process.
