Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and organised Workshop Administrator to join our Workshop team on a casual or part-time basis. This role offers flexible hours Monday to Friday and an excellent opportunity to build your experience within a growing business. About the opportunity Reporting to the Workshop Manager , the Workshop Administrator will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the workshop . Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: General administrative duties Processing workshop employee timesheets, including labour hire staff Collating and checking invoices and quotes for accuracy Compiling registers and WIP spreadsheets Raising purchase orders and supporting inventory management Filing and recording job sheets, pre-start documents, and other workshop paperwork Supporting invoicing and basic financial tracking We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
