The Theatre Services Supervisor is a casual position at the Blue Mountains Theatre & Community Hub. This role works as a shift team leader during performances, overseeing ushering and bar staff. The position requires knowledge of all front-of-house aspects, including Box Office, bar, casual staff supervision, ushering and customer service. As a shift leader you are responsible for the building after hours and will be a confident, lateral thinker, ready to solve problems and ensure that the show goes on. The Theatre Services Attendant role is also currently advertised. If you are interested in both, please submit two applications however you may be offered a combined interview. The successful candidate will have a confident demeanour, can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills. Previously front of house, theatre operations or ticketing experience will be highly regarded. RSA and First Aid certificate are essential. These may be gained prior to commencement if successful.
