This role interacts with the community on a daily basis as the face of the box office, selling tickets via TicketSearch, and managing rooms hires with Envibe. The right candidate will be confident actioning customer enquiries and get satisfaction from efficient service delivery. You will be adept in learning new processes and trouble shooting computer systems. As part of a team of two, you will work collaboratively to cover the business needs across a week such as scheduled event changeovers and concurrent events. You will have: • Prior experience in an arts organisation preferably in ticketing, bookings or operations. • POS, booking or ticketing systems experience • Commitment to excellent customer service This position has set days and hours, with flexibility is required around service delivery. Day / hours are: Wednesday 9:00am to 4:30pm (7 hours / 30 min lunch) Thursday 9:00am to 4:30pm (7 hours / 30 min lunch) Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm (7 hours / 30 min lunch) Remuneration: base salary commencing at $65,523 (pro-rata) gross per annum 12% superannuation performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary annual award increase For further information contact: Louise Hales on 4780 5755.
