Our client, a major national infrastructure contractor delivering one of South Australia's most significant transport projects, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Shift Supervisor to support round-the-clock operations on a world-class tunnelling program. This is a key role overseeing mechanical functions on large-scale tunnelling equipment, ensuring safe, continuous and efficient production. This position sits within a high-performing delivery team responsible for maintaining mechanical systems on complex underground machinery. You will lead a small mechanical crew, coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance, and respond quickly to mechanical challenges during live tunnelling operations.
