Skills And Experiences KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Demonstrated knowledge of a range of learning and development practices and initiatives. Demonstrated experience in administering a learning management system, including producing reports and reviewing effectiveness of training. Ability to disseminate important information/instructions in a manner that makes it easy to understand and follow. Strong organisational and administrative skills, and a demonstrated ability to prioritise workflow. Ability to provide guidance and advice in the areas of learning and development.
