• Flexible location hybrid work arrangements • Full-time and fixed-term until January 2027 • HEW 7 $105,933 - $116,643 17% Superannuation As the Coordinator, Customer Experience you will work closely with the Customer Experience leaders and teams to improve the service experience across the division for internal and external customers. The Coordinator leads the development and delivery of key communications on behalf of the Executive Director and the division to support strategic initiatives and foster strong connections with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritise activities, identify relevant solutions and review and question current processes from the customers perspective. To be successful, you’ll have: • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and clearly with a range of stakeholders. • Confidence using a wide range of University systems and tools including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. • The ability to work independently and in collaboration with others and manage tasks to meet deadlines. • A proactive approach to work, identifying opportunities for improvement, and taking initiative. • A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or • Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
