Be part of ISS. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to drive global consistency in operational data processes within FMS@ISS (our CMMS) across all client regions. This role is central to fostering a data-led decision-making culture, enabling continuous improvement, and unlocking operational efficiencies. This 8 month fixed term contract will be based out of our Macquarie Park, NSW corporate office. About the Role As Business Analyst, you will: Champion global alignment in the use and management of data across FMS@ISS. Support teams in identifying automation opportunities and streamlining manual tasks. Enhance reporting frameworks, tools, and training materials to enable data-driven decision-making and trend analysis. Create and embed a culture of data-led decision-making across service delivery operations. What You’ll Do Interpret, analyse, and present complex data to support business insights. Lead stakeholder engagement to review data and processes, advising on effective usage. Facilitate workshops and deliver training to build data capability. Map and design operational processes for improved efficiency. Manage time and priorities effectively while driving continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For 5 years’ experience with professional reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL). 5 years’ experience in FM Service Delivery within a process and building services environment. Proven expertise in financial spend analysis, forecasting, and handling large data volumes. Strong process orientation and attention to detail. Ability to lead and deliver data-driven service improvement initiatives. Results-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. High motivation and initiative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Excellent communication skills across technical teams, subcontractors, senior management, and client stakeholders. Documented success in a large-scale organisational environment.
