Job Summary: As the Corporate Communications Specialist at HUB24, you’ll work across the full spectrum of communications; PR/media, content, corporate, and internal - creating compelling content that reaches and inspires diverse audiences. You’ll help strengthen HUB24’s voice in the market, enhance our reputation, and champion new ways of working, especially when it comes to leveraging digital tools and AI. Responsibilities: Craft engaging content for media releases, case studies, corporate communications, social media, and internal communications. Manage and evolve our intranet (The HUB), ensuring it’s always fresh, relevant and easy to navigate. Lead the daily management of Sprout and the employee social advocacy program, analysing performance insights to guide future content. Monitor Group-wide social media activity using Streem. Conduct research to support thought leadership and media content. Spot opportunities for great storytelling by keeping a close eye on industry news and trends. Coordinate media and PR activities, including interviews, briefing materials and follow-ups. Build strong relationships across the business. Manage supplier payments and invoicing to keep our operations running smoothly. Ensure all content meets HUB24’s legal, risk and regulatory standards through our review and sign-off processes. Requirements: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, media or related fields. Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple platforms and tools (e.g., intranet, social media). Familiarity with social media monitoring and analytics tools. Research skills and the ability to turn insights into great content. Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills. Proactive approach with the ability to juggle competing priorities. Understanding of compliance, legal and risk considerations in content development. Highly organisational, with strong workflow and planning skills.
