The CNC provides support to develop, facilitate, implement and evaluate care management for patients with complex health needs and to provide expert clinical advice to carers and other health care professionals within the speciality of Respiratory and Sleep. Role Requirements: Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (AHPRA). This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
