About you: In your new role you will Demonstrated high quality interpersonal and communication skills. Work collaboratively with key government, non-government and private sector service providers to develop and implement a responsive interagency care plan to address the therapeutic and behaviour support needs of the child or young person. Undertake clinical governance activities, such as the development of clinical practices, procedures and guidelines that support the continuum of care. About your opportunity: In this position you will Manage a complex caseload, using evidence-based interventions and with increasingly independent clinical judgement and movement toward more complex clinical decision-making. Implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area. Provide a comprehensive and flexible clinical mental health service to children, adolescents and their family/carers including assessment, intervention, treatment planning and evaluation. About your role: Apply well-developed clinical knowledge in childhood trauma, attachment theory, child development, collaborative practice and systemic theory in the provision of a clinical mental health service to children, adolescents and their family/carers. Maintain and support reporting lines to the Team Leader, Evolve Therapeutic Services and the Operations Director, Child and Youth Mental Health Services to ensure delivery of clinical services within a quality improvement framework, in a multidisciplinary team across a complex and varied work environment. Provide specialist mental health consultation to health professionals within key service partners, including information relative to the Mental Health Act (2016), treatment and intervention strategies as appropriate.
