With a busy pipeline of projects, they need help from an all-round Architect to ensure their clients expectations are not just met but exceeded. A masterful understanding and knowledge of ArchiCAD is essential to your success, followed closely by a proven track record in documentation and detailing on high-end residential projects and small to mid-scale commercial developments. You’ll be working closely with the Principal Architect in this role, as well as collaborating with the small team of friendly, passionate, likeminded professionals. This is an exceptional opportunity to further develop your all-round skills and be involved in projects from early design through to technical documentation and delivery! The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities: Quick, confident and detail-oriented skills on ArchiCAD Thorough understanding of design development phases Solid level of technical and construction knowledge Ability to produce quality contract documentation (as this will be a focus) 3D, rendering and presentation skills would be highly regarded Desire to increase your skills and level of responsibility If you’re on the cusp of registration, this environment is very willing to support your professional development!
