Your new role- Key Account Manager Handling of logistics for projects and regular shipments by road, air, sea or others Managing Key Account – Warehouse and Shipping based Manage Claim process and Invoicing Work closely with Shipping team to ensure vessel and container management is maintained Support the Warehouse team in meeting deadlines and cut-offs Performance manage internal and external stakeholders Overseeing and ensuring execution of urgent and time sensitive shipments is done in time to meet customers’ requirements safely Maintain regular team meetings and plan/organise cross training of team members Assist any team members in operations were deemed necessary Liaise with all team leads on a regular basis to ensure smooth running of the project, maintaining shipping of critical products at safe level as per clients needs Implementing efficient work processes on allocate Projects Quoting, organising, billing, documentation, operation and executing shipments from door to door (unless otherwise stated) What you'll need to succeed Diploma or First Degree Post Graduate Management Qualification 10 years International Logistics experience Strong Warehouse experience Experience with CargoWise is highly regarded SAP or similar ERP knowledge is highly regarded Strong negotiation skills Complete understanding of company values English spoken and written – CEFR Level 5 IT – Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook Honesty, Integrity, and Reliability Highly developed Delegation and Empowerment capabilities Proven decision-making capabilities What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now’ to forward an up-to-date copy of your resume, or call Thomas Hunter now at 0437 537 710.
