Head of Operations – Transport & Logistics Full-time $168,000 incl. Super Vehicle | Brisbane We’re partnering with one of Queensland’s most established and respected transport providers to recruit a Head of Operations who can lead a large, fast-moving network with confidence, pace, and precision. With close to 100 vehicles on the road and a team of 180 across multiple sites, this is a rare chance to step into a key operational leadership role in a growing, high-performance environment. The Opportunity This position will take ownership of day-to-day operations, logistics, sales, and workshops across several depots. You’ll ensure services across school transport, rail replacement, and major charter work are delivered safely, efficiently, and at a consistently high standard. You’ll be supported by a long-standing operational team and a hands-on leadership group that values initiative, accountability, and solutions-focused thinking.
