Enterprise Delivery Lead Are you passionate about driving agile transformation and enabling high-quality delivery across complex portfolios? We’re looking for an experienced Head of Enterprise Delivery to establish and scale modern delivery practices, oversee portfolio governance, and lead our enterprise delivery function. This is a strategic leadership role that balances innovation with operational accountability. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Scale Agile Delivery – Establish and embed agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and continuous delivery practices across the transformation portfolio to boost velocity while maintaining quality and stability. Portfolio Governance – Oversee governance frameworks, prioritisation, and resource allocation; facilitate planning sessions and provide decision support to senior leadership. Performance & Reporting – Develop portfolio metrics and reporting frameworks to track progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation. Enterprise Delivery Leadership – Lead delivery teams and manage capacity planning, ensuring smooth transitions from projects to business-as-usual operations. Innovation & Experimentation – Foster a culture of innovation through frameworks like sprints and proof-of-concepts, enabling rapid testing and iteration. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Drive collaboration across technology, operations, and business units; remove organisational impediments and escalate systemic barriers. Capability Building – Build organisational delivery capability through coaching, mentoring, training, and developing playbooks and toolkits for consistent high-quality delivery.
