We're seeking an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) Lead to support the implementation of a new ITSM tool and uplift service management practices. This role combines operational expertise, consultancy skills, and leadership to guide vendor delivery, lead change, and mature ITIL-aligned processes. Client Details My client is embarking on a major IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation project. They are currently in the market for a new ITSM tool (product selection is still underway) and require an experienced ITSM Lead to guide this journey. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, leading change, and ensuring successful alignment between vendor implementation and our client. Description Support the ITSM implementation project in partnership with the selected vendor. Provide service management consultancy with a strong operational background. Drive change and uplift immature service management practices. Act as the primary liaison between client and vendor, ensuring delivery meets business needs. Oversee Service Asset & Configuration Management (CMDB) and related processes. Profile A successful ITSM Lead should have: Advanced experience with IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks. Prior Consulting & Operational experience. Experience in managing and improving ITSM processes such as incident, problem, and change management. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Job Offer 12 month contract (with potential 12 month extension).
