About the role As a Senior Client Advisor for Amplifon, you will be co-ordinating diaries and store activities for maximum productivity, and; Coach other Client Advisors in the cluster of clinics assigned Assist the Aera Manager with the recruitment, retention and upskilling of Client Advisors in liaison with the training team Act as a point of reference for the Area Manager in ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients Work with the Area Manager, plan the launch of initiatives and support the fast uptake of new processes amongst the cluster CA teams About You The ideal candidate is customer centric with a passion for service excellence, has a desire to coach our Client Advisors in conjunction with the training team and can achieve business objectives by creating and optimizing commercial opportunities. Strong communications skills Ability to adapt and move quickly within the environment Track record of success within the Client Advisor role Salary range between $61,000 - $78,000 per annum (excluding superannuation) depending on qualifications and experience.
