What you will be doingReporting directly to the Senior Manager, Customer Experience, this role will be responsible for: Supporting the development of scripts and templated responses across public enquiry service channels Developing a Quality Assurance Program across the public enquiry service channels Analysing customer data across multiple sources Developing customer playbooks across customer feedback and complaints and the public enquiry service What you will bring to the role: Technical writing expertise Demonstrated experience in quality assurance in contact centre operations Strong experience in Project Management and stakeholder engagement Proficient in analysing complex data and translating findings into actionable insights and reports Skilled in understanding customer needs and developing customer focused solutions Commitment to the VEC's core values How to apply All applicants must submit: a current CV and a separate document with responses to Key Selection Criteria (KSC): 6.1, 6.2, 6.4, 6.6 as listed in the position description. * Applications should be lodged online via the Apply Now button (below).
