Who you are You’re a detail-oriented and driven Financial Analyst who thrives on uncovering insights that help shape strategic business decisions. You bring strong analytical capability, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. In this role, you’ll work and support our FP&A team across financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting, while working closely with stakeholders across the broader business. What you will do Lead the monthly financial cycle, including month-end close and management reporting. Manage and analyse Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, partnering closely with the FP&A Leader. Support and contribute to planning cycles, including budgeting, reforecasting, and multi-year modelling. Apply advanced forecasting and modelling techniques across revenue, headcount, and non-HC expenditure, ideally with exposure to SaaS unit economics. Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to deliver effective workforce planning and integrate headcount data into forecasting models. Conduct scenario-based analysis to support informed decision-making. Develop thoughtful post–month-end analysis, functional reporting, and expense optimisation insights. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and contribute to the broader budgeting process to shape Humanforce’s financial strategy. What you’ll need Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience. Advanced Excel capability and proficiency in financial analysis tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality outputs. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team. Strong ability to provide actionable insights and identify optimisation opportunities. Some ‘nice to haves’ Experience with financial software or ERP systems. Prior experience specifically in a high-growth SaaS FP&A environment.
