ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Plant Manager for our client in South Auckland, to oversee a fleet of 60 machines and 18 trucks, ensuring all equipment is maintained, tracked, and delivered to sites efficiently in coordination with the Workshop Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the plant and vehicle fleet. Coordinate maintenance and servicing with the Workshop Manager. Schedule and organise equipment delivery to job sites. Drop small tools/equipment to sites when required. Liaise with site teams on equipment availability and service timeframes. Maintain accurate fleet data using 3PM. Requirements Proven experience as a Plant Manager, Transport Manager, or Fleet Manager in civil construction or heavy machinery. Strong understanding of earthmoving equipment and truck operations. Excellent coordination, communication, and organisational skills. Confident using fleet/asset management systems (3PM experience preferred).
