About the Role EnerMech are now seeking a Senior NDT Technician to join our team in Gladstone. As a Senior NDT Technician, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a management position and lead a team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient inspection services on critical assets. In addition to your technical expertise, you’ll be expected to take a proactive role in developing and expanding EnerMech’s NDT capabilities across the Gladstone region and the broader East Coast, helping to drive growth and uphold our reputation for excellence. This role is backed by our experienced Western Australia team, a group of subject matter experts who provide technical guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of performance and service. Responsibilities Conduct advanced NDT tests including, but not limited to, Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT) . Review and interpret NDT results and reports, ensuring detailed documentation of findings. Communicate effectively with engineering and operations teams to provide insights on testing outcomes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives within the NDT team. Requirements Certified in RT, MT, PT, UT methods Desirable - PAUT, ToFD, Tube Inspection. Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-destructive testing roles. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to detail.
