They are currently seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic HR/Recruitment Officer to join their team. Description Reporting to the People Services Manager, the HR/Recruitment Officer will deliver a blend of HR generalist and recruitment support across the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Offering responsive and practical HR advice to employees and line managers Leading end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure organisational workforce needs are met Preparing comprehensive onboarding documentation, including employment contracts and associated legal paperwork Providing clear interpretation and guidance on People Services policies and procedures Conducting exit interviews and surveys, and compiling insights and reports for the People Services Manager and key stakeholders Profile The ideal candidate will be a capable and adaptable HR all-rounder with strong recruitment and advisory skills. You will bring: Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related discipline, and/or demonstrated experience in a comparable HR or recruitment position Experience operating effectively within a multidisciplinary workplace Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving ability and confidence managing sensitive or complex HR matters Demonstrated administrative competence with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Solid understanding of industrial relations legislation, WHS obligations, and EEO requirements Interested?
