We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in office support, white collar, or business support recruitment to help drive growth and deliver exceptional service to clients across Perth. Genuine autonomy and control of your desk Supportive leadership team and fun, collaborative culture Opportunity to shape the direction of an expanding division What You’ll Do Manage and grow a busy office support/white-collar temp and perm desk Drive business development to build and strengthen client relationships Source, screen, interview and place top talent across roles such as: Administrators Receptionists Customer Service Payroll Officers Executive Assistants Coordinators & more Oversee compliance, onboarding, and candidate care Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates Work closely with leadership to contribute to strategy and growth What We’re Looking For Previous recruitment experience is essential Ideally experienced in office support, white-collar, or business support recruitment Proven ability to manage a 360 desk (or strong temp desk experience) Confident in business development and building long-term client partnerships Personable, high-energy, and driven to achieve results Strong business development skills and the drive to grow a new desk.
