We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic, privately-backed organisation in the property sector. This is a rare opportunity to influence the commercial performance of multiple sites, working closely with senior leadership and Property Managers. Key Responsibilities Partner with Property Managers and stakeholders to drive operational and asset-level performance. Deliver profitability reporting with insights on risks and opportunities. Oversee management, compliance, and reporting of property funds including Operations, Maintenance Reserves, and CAPEX. Assist with budgeting, reforecasting, rolling forecasts, and scenario modelling. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. About You Proven experience in a financial/business partnering role, ideally within property or multi-site operations. Strong financial modelling, reporting, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate financial data into actionable insights. Experience with budgeting and forecasting. Ability to operate independently, prioritise competing deadlines, and work across multiple sites.
