Catering Assistant – Full Time & Casual Opportunities Aged Care Facility – Punchbowl, NSW About the Role My Guardian is seeking dedicated and reliable Catering Assistants to join our team at our aged care facility in Punchbowl. We have full-time and casual positions available across a range of shifts from Monday to Sunday. As a Catering Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting our residents by delivering high-quality meals and maintaining a warm, welcoming dining experience. What You’ll Be Doing Serving meals and beverages to residents with care and respect Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen and servery Following all Food Safety, hygiene, and infection control standards Providing friendly and professional customer service to residents and staff Assisting the broader catering and hospitality team as needed Shifts Available 7:00am to 2:00pm (Monday to Sunday) 2:30pm to 7:30pm (Monday to Sunday) What We’re Looking For Previous experience in catering or hospitality, ideally within an aged care or healthcare environment Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and safe food handling practices Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with residents Good time management and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, weekend, and public holiday shifts What We Offer At My Guardian, we are committed to supporting our team with opportunities to grow and succeed.
