This role ensures the smooth running of the practice on a daily basis and provides ongoing support to executive-level management. It also requires superior communication skills to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About the benefits: Salary of up to $120,000.00pa plus 12% Super Salary Sacrifice Options offered Relocation Assistance of up to $7,000.00 Clinic hours - 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday 1 hour lunch break 2 week shut down over Christmas To be successful in this role you must have: Previous experience in management and/or high-level practice administrative position Understanding of medical terminology, medical and allied health professional organisational skills and relevant stakeholders People management experience is required Full working rights in Australia Training in CPR within the past three years Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Desired requirements: Detailed understanding of the Medical Benefits Schedule An understanding or experience in general practice accreditation and standards. Previous experience with our clinical software: Pracsoft Tertiary qualification in Health Science, Health Administration or related discipline. Knowledge of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations About this Medical Service: This fantastic clinic provides a coordinated, comprehensive primary health care service with a focus on managing and reducing chronic disease in the Indigenous community.
