Job Description Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Officer to join our Maintenance department on a casual basis. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the presentation, functionality, and safety of all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities across Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Resort. Key Responsibilities Include: Undertake general property repairs and maintenance as required. Assist in the execution of the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal property performance. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Provide induction and supervision of external contractors as required. Maintain accurate daily work records and service schedules. Support the Maintenance Manager in managing contractor works and maintenance projects. Shift Details (subject to change): Casual position Roster availability across all 7 days Flexible shifts between 8am to 7pm Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $33.38 per hour Saturday: $40.05 per hour Sunday: $46.73 per hour
