You’ll play a key role in supporting our next phase of growth and become an integral part of our team. What You’ll Do Provide administration support as part of the client services team Assist in maintaining client information in our database Onboarding of new clients into the database Company and trust setup ASIC and ATO Lodgements Assist with communications, scheduling appointments, meetings, follow-ups and emails General administrative tasks, such as: Scanning, filing, photocopying, mail etc About You 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (accounting or professional services preferred but not essential) HSC or Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organisation and attention to detail Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Willing to work 3 days per week - Friday availability is highly desirable Ready to Join Us?
