What’s the day to day like? As the Social Media Specialist, you’re naturally a deep cultural connector. You live and breathe the online world and are confident navigating relationships with creators. Comfy in front of the camera. Extremely organised. And you're often thinking about how to bring Eva stories to life with our creative team. At the core of it, this is a truly multi-functional role that has the potential to enhance existing marketing plans so that they land with impact, and land loudly. Requirements What you'll be doing Social media and community management Own, plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar in line with wider marketing and trade activities Work with the digital designer and content producer to dream up next level social concepts for Instagram and TikTok Design social content series that shows Eva in real life scenarios, including room tours, setups and “how we live” edits Manage all community engagement including story re-shares, collecting UGC across all channels, engaging with commenters etc Identify new opportunities to create content by staying across emerging trends and best practices Support PR activities on social media and elevate cultural conversations where possible Monitor, analyse and optimise social media performance Provide monthly reports on best performing creative Influencer management Manage the day to day operations of influencers including researching, evaluating and onboarding new creators Own all communication with influencers, including end to end collaboration management from briefing to content approval Manage all communication with influencers for paid usage requirements; ensuring our paid agency has access to paid creator content at all times Monitor, analyse and optimise influencer performance Build a streamlined influencer management process with strong documentation and automation where possible Work closely with our PR agency on larger scale campaigns where macro influencers are brought into the mix What you look like: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, agency experience is welcome Someone who can nail creative concepting and ideation: Social media can seem fluffy at times, but we’re after thoughtful content planning that brings the Eva story to life. From showroom experiences, to design-led thinking, to everyday at home content streams. An expert across all key social platforms: You know who uses what, what best practice looks like when briefing creatives, and how each channel works from an organic, paid, UGC, influencer and creator content perspective. Someone with strong organisation skills: You have great attention to detail and can show how you’ve stayed organised, improved processes and introduced automation to take some of the admin load off your plate. A persuasive communicator: Your communication is clear and confident, and you can sell creative ideas whether you’re talking with a creator, a brand partner or your marketing lead. Someone with solid influencer and creator negotiation experience: You’ve sourced, negotiated and delivered high value creator partnerships that elevate the brand and capture attention. A genuine passion and excitement for social media and brand storytelling, with a focus on achieving real commercial results. Proven experience tracking performance metrics , analysing results and providing insights that help us continuously improve and drive engagement.
