As an experienced restoration specialist, you will play a key role in improving the efficiency and cost of restoration outcomes and in turn reinstatement costs across our growing national portfolio. You’ll use your technical restoration and construction expertise to challenge methods, prevent over-scoping, and ensure projects progress safely, efficiently, and within budget. As a Restoration Project Manager , you will review and validate restoration scopes and work closely with restorer, assessors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality and cost-effective restoration outcomes. As this is a newly created role, you’ll have the rare opportunity to shape the position, influence processes, and make a meaningful impact from day one.
