Australian Citizens with current TSPV clearance ACT - Onsite Our esteemed Federal Govt. client is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / Senior Site Reliability Officer– PV Cleared for a long term contract role! Senior Site Reliability Officer is required to develop software, integrating Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) software, document technical processes and assisting with testing and deployment. Key duties and responsibilities: Take responsibility for the development of software using a variety of software languages (e.g. Python, Java) and development environments, to ensure it meets business requirements. Deliver scripting using a variety of languages (e.g. JavaScript) and secondary skills (e.g. SQL). Lead the development of software that supports high quality User Experience outcomes. Adhere to and improve software engineering processes. Identify system inter-dependencies and liaise with other system stakeholders to resolve conflict and coordinate integrated solutions. Document technical processes. Skills and experience: Demonstrable experience with the following technologies: NiFi , S3, Flink, OIDC, Prometheus/Grafana/Loki. Demonstrable experience with the following technologies and programming languages: Kubernetes & Gitlab CI, Kafka, Linux, Java, Python. Demonstrated ability to design technical solutions to meet mission requirements. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage organisational data assists in-line with organisational policy and standard industry practices. Demonstrated ability to engage with varied technology service providers to negotiate full-stack solutions across multiple domains.
