The Opportunity: KBR is seeking a motivated and detail oriented individual to join our Defence team as a Codification ILS Support Officer. This role supports the delivery of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) outcomes across major Defence capability acquisition programs, with a focus on catalogue and codification services for Electronic Warfare and Intelligence Systems –Land. Working under the guidance of the ILS Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring sustainment requirements are transitioned effectively to in-service arrangements, supporting Defence’s mission to deliver sovereign capability. Responsibilities: · Provide catalogue and codification services for EWIS-L products and systems. · Deliver subject matter expertise in codification to support Systems Program Office (SPO) projects. · Edit, create, and manage codified data in MCCAT and SAP ERP systems. · Load and maintain data in Configuration Management Tool · Support configuration control, engineering change proposals, and introduction into service activities. · Conduct Master Data Index amendments and manage IMCADs in SAP ERP. · Assist with asset capitalisation, purchase receipts, and asset number allocation workflows. · Perform logistics transactions for receipt, storage, distribution, and disposal of project assets. · Identify and manage Problem Items of Supply (PIOS) in ERP. · Support Supply Customer Account (SCA) stocktake and related logistics functions. As the ideal candidate you will bring: · Demonstrated experience in catalogue and codification within Defence or similar environments. · Ability to work independently and manage small teams effectively. · ERP system experience (SAP) highly desirable; training can be provided. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Due to the nature of Defence work, applicants must be Australian citizens and hold an active NV2 security clearance.
