At the beginning of a two-year ERP review and system implementation project, our client is looking for an experienced finance business partner to lead the FP&A function. Key points: Two-year contract Hybrid working Wonderful, inclusive office culture Based in CBD Salary negotiable depending on experience About the Role A standalone appointment reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be part of the finance leadership team. As the Finance Business Partner, your responsibilities include: Work with ELT and budget owners to co-lead the annual budget process, quarterly forecasting and long-term financial models. Prepare financial reports and Board papers with supporting analysis and commentary. Perform modelling and analysis for revenue, business initiatives and proposals. Provide back-up coverage for the Finance Manager; ensuring deadlines and standards are met. Provide first level user support for the finance systems. Automate data integration across finance systems and other business applications. Support cross-department projects as finance SME. Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives. About You As a CPA/CA Qualified professional, you will have proven business partnering experience and involvement in multiple annual budget cycles. International exposure, whether it be international clients, entities or stakeholders is highly desirable. You'll be capable to undertake ad hoc analysis and modelling, producing timely and meaningful insights.
