About The Role As a Security Analyst, you’ll be part of a high-performing team protecting organisations from real-world cyber threats. You’ll use your technical expertise and analytical mindset to detect, investigate and respond to security incidents — helping clients stay one step ahead. This is a great opportunity to build on your operational experience and develop hands-on skills in threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management — all while learning from some of the best in the business. What You’ll Do Analyse and triage security events using SIEM tools, and coordinate incident response activities Lead or assist with threat hunting and vulnerability assessments Develop and fine-tune new detection rules and alerts Provide end-to-end operational and project support for clients Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver excellent outcomes Mentor and guide less experienced team members, helping them grow Proactively identify improvements to strengthen our clients’ security posture About You 1 year of experience in an operational or security-focused role Tertiary qualification in IT, cyber security, or related discipline (preferred) Industry certifications (e.g. SANS, OSCP, ISC2) highly regarded Experience with incident response processes and security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, AV, or WAF Strong analytical mindset and a curiosity to uncover threats others might miss Current and ex-serving ADF members are encouraged to apply Why Join CyberCX We don’t just offer jobs — we offer careers that matter.
