What you will be doing Reporting directly to the Engagement Lead, this role will be responsible for: Driving the delivery of education and promotional resources to support underrepresented communities participate in the 2026 State Election. Working collaboratively with the Community Education & Engagement team to ensure project deadlines are met and resources meet the needs of their intended audiences. Using your experience in project management in a community focussed context to support the delivery of a variety of resources and projects. Making sure all project documentation is completed at a high standard and monitoring opportunities for continuous improvement. What you will bring to the role: The ability to apply project management skills to delivering resources to diverse communities Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced business environment whilst maintain a high standard of administrative and reporting duties. Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills. An understanding of the needs and requirements of diverse community audiences. Demonstrated ability to confidently manager relationships with various stakeholders including representatives from diverse communities. Demonstrated ability to apply specialist knowledge (cultural awareness, accessibility requirements, knowledge of translated/interpreted communication) to the development of robust operational procedures and to review and improve processes where necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to a variety of audiences (including the public) and prepare accurate, high-quality recommendations and reports for executive audiences.
